Lauren brings 15+ years media, advertising, technology, and executive experience with the world’s leading platforms including Facebook (Meta), Roblox, VEVO, and Viacom. Lauren joins Permission from running her own tech platform and consulting business, where she led business leaders and organizations through global growth and transformation.

Duane Dirstine


An industry veteran, Duane has 25+ years of media sales experience spanning dot-coms in the early 2000s to emerging ad tech companies today. He has sold and managed advertising programs across brand and performance-based environments, including Moloco, Facebook (META), Advertising.com (acquired by AOL), and CBS Interactive.

David Choi


David brings 15+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Ad-Tech, and Programmatic across agency, platform, publisher, and gaming, working for large and small companies like Microsoft, Twitch, TikTok, BitTorrent, and Playstudios. David’s extensive experience includes partnering with sales teams to deliver full-scale, direct-sold advertising programs and owning and maximizing yield and partnerships across a complex programmatic stack.

Tommy Sullivan


Tommy brings a decade of experience working in strategic client-facing account management and sales roles across the Ad-tech industry, most recently with Oracle Advertising & Customer Experience. He has an insatiable interest and passion for all things crypto, blockchain and Web3 and loves to focus on building strong client relationships and delivering incremental data-driven value.
