CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Lauren brings 15+ years media, advertising, technology, and executive experience with the world’s leading platforms including Facebook (Meta), Roblox, VEVO, and Viacom. Lauren joins Permission from running her own tech platform and consulting business, where she led business leaders and organizations through global growth and transformation.

Michelle Wimmer

HEAD OF AD OPERATIONS

Michelle has been a leader in the media, advertising, technology, and privacy space since 2006. She joins Permission most recently from a consulting career where she was a key advisor for top tier clients looking to solve complex issues at the intersection of media, advertising, technology and privacy.

Duane Dirstine

SR. DIRECTOR, PARTNERSHIPS & ADVERTISING

An industry veteran, Duane has 25+ years of media sales experience spanning dot-coms in the early 2000s to emerging ad tech companies today. He has sold and managed advertising programs across brand and performance-based environments, including Moloco, Facebook (META), Advertising.com (acquired by AOL), and CBS Interactive.

Steven Carrillo

VP OF WEB3 & BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

Steven has over 15 years experience in software development and technical sales, with an exceptional ability and flare for public speaking. His passion for cryptocurrency and previous success running ads for his ecommerce businesses led him to join the Permission Ads team.

Rob Gregory

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Rob is a media veteran with 30+ years experience in advertising, revenue growth, and brand strategy. Before Permission, Rob served as co-founder and President at WhoSay, President of The Daily Beast, and Publisher of Maxim and Rolling Stone magazines.

TJ works with the most innovative companies in ad tech to build effective teams and drive solutions. TJ was previously VP of Operations at Technorati Media. TJ has also held multiple senior ad ops and product management positions at Monster Worldwide and Kontera.com.
